1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EzFin service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
EzFin provides financial management tools to help users track expenses, create budgets, set goals, and gain insights into their financial situation. We may modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the data you input into the service.
By providing content to the service, you grant us the right to use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
5. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
We may change subscription fees at any time, but will provide you with notice of any fee change before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a fee change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EzFin and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of EzFin.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. EzFin and its suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
EzFin makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EzFin, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
- Any content obtained from the service
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any claim or dispute.
11. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
